This magnificent example of a conch trumpet displays a number of Teotihuacan glyphs. Their meaning is not clear but could be calendrical in nature, given the fact that they are accompanied by what appear to be numerical coefficients. Note the typical Teotihuacan palette with which these motifs are painted.
