Very much in the vein of the so-called Atlantids of Tula (State of Hidalgo), this warrior figure stands in a very rigid stance, holding his weapons by the sides of his body. He is wearing disc earflares, a bar nosepiece, armbands, a very ornate maxtlatl (skirt-like loincloth) and leather strip sandals. The most Toltec-like elements in this piece are the butterfly-shaped ornaments it carries on both its forehead and chest.
